The online liquid preparation system equipment mixes high-concentration, low-volume, single-component solutions (acid, alkali, salt, WFI, etc.) online to prepare the required buffer solution. The liquid preparation process is controlled by a series of sensors, including flow meters after each pump, as well as pH and conductivity sensors after the mixing point. The system includes three feedback control modes: (1) recipe and flow feedback control mode; (2) pH and conductivity feedback control mode; (3) pH value and flow feedback control mode. The PLC control system monitors the pH value and conductivity of the mixed buffer in real time. If the detected value exceeds the set limit, the system will automatically discharge the unqualified solution. Ensures that only the correct buffer reaches the collection vessel, thereby creating a robust and reliable production process.
